Thank you for choosing Metaphysica. We are committed to providing you with a satisfactory shopping experience. Our policy is valid for 21 days from the delivery date. Here are the details to ensure you enjoy the utmost convenience and protection when purchasing our products.

Order Cancellation
  • You can cancel your order without any obligation within 48 hours after purchase.
  • After 48 hours, the order cannot be canceled, and you can decide after receiving the products. For returns due to dislike or change of mind, consumers will need to be responsible for the postage fees.
Returns
  • The policy is valid for 21 days from the delivery date. To start a return, you can contact us through metaphysicalab@gmail.com and tell us your request, the order number and product information. The specific return address will be provided in the email.
The product must be in new condition, unused or undamaged, and all original packaging, accessories, manuals, etc. Customers must provide the original purchase receipt (such as an invoice or electronic receipt) as the basis for the return.

The following products are not returnable: customized products, blessed products, virtual products, and special gift card products.
  • Our customer service team will review and respond within 5 working days after receiving the return request.
  • After approval, customers must return the product to the designated address and keep the tracking number.
  • Once the product arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect it within 5 working days.
  • If the inspection is satisfactory, we will process the refund within 5 working days, and the refund will be returned to your payment account via the original payment method.
Refund

Condition 1 We will be responsible for the return postage fees and replacement fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Damaged product or otherwise defective
  • Wrong or mismatched size.
  • Wrong or lost shipment.

Condition 2 The customer is responsible for return postage fees and replacement postage fees.

  • Purchased the wrong item or chose the wrong size for the product.
  • The product is not suitable.
  • Personal Reasons due to personal taste, changed mind, etc.

Exchange
  • Considering the long-distance international transportation, we recommend that you purchase carefully and avoid exchanges if possible.
  • If you need to exchange a product, please follow the return process and specify the model or color of the product you want to exchange in the return request.
  • We will send out a new product after receiving and confirming the returned product within 7 working days.
Precautions
  • Please ensure that the packaging of the returned product is complete to avoid damage during transportation.
  • Please use a reliable logistics service and keep the tracking number to track the return of the product.
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the returned product unless there is a quality issue with the product.
